AI Workspace

Technology changes faster than organisations do.

Giving people access to another tool isn't the same as helping them work differently. Our sessions are practical: what these tools are good at, where they fail, and how to use them safely in real work.

Give your team the skills to work effectively alongside AI.

  • Executive AI Briefings

Where AI creates value, where it doesn't, and what leaders need to decide.

  • Practical Team Workshops

Hands-on sessions built around your team's real tasks.

  • AI Workflow Training

Using AI inside the processes people already follow.

  • Claude & ChatGPT Training

Research, writing, documents and data, done properly.

  • Agentic Software Development

Building with coding agents, and understanding what they produce.

  • AI Governance Awareness

Data handling, limitations and responsible use.

Agentic Software Foundations

AI can write the code. You still need to understand the system.

Tools like Claude Code mean people who aren't software engineers can now build working software. That's a real shift, but generating code isn't the same as understanding it. This programme teaches the concepts behind what your AI builds, so you can direct it, review it and run it safely.
You don't need to become a software engineer. You do need to understand what your AI is building.
